Registration entitlements
The registration fee for the participant will cover participation in all scientific sessions, the proceeding and other printed materials, welcome reception on 13th March 2023 (evening), lunches, dinners and tea/coffee during the lecture break during 14-17 March 2023. Accompanying person(s) charges include the welcome reception. However, lunch coupons can be purchased at the registration desk by paying Rs. 2000 per person per day. Banquet dinner tickets need to be purchased separately.

Confirmation
Immediately after submitting your online registration form, an automatic confirmation will be sent by email. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation, your registration has not been made successfully.

Payment
Please remit funds through Swift to [Bank name and other details]. Care must be taken to ensure that the Bank Service Charges is borne by the participant.

VISA Invitation Letter
Registered participants can request an invitation letter during the registration process. Letters will only be sent when full payment is received.

Liability and Insurance
In registering for IUPAC 2023, participants agree that neither IUPAC nor the Organizing Secretariat assume any liability whatsoever. Participants should therefore organise their own health, travel and personal insurances.

Declined/ Refused payments:
We cannot accept liability if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).
